We sat at the bar before a movie. The bartender was great. Ask for the skinny Margarita ???? There is plenty of shopping nearby. We order the salsa with beans and chips and a quesadilla and taquitos. Great finger foods. Still a great place to visit

Looking for a great Happy Hour? Look no further! Taco Rosa not only has weekday happy hour but also an all-day of 'happy' on Tuesdays! Wonderful, tasty tacos and margaritas every time! Atmosphere is usually great, unless it is just before closing (like most anywhere else). Love this restaurant and the Newport Beach location as well! Hope you will too, if you haven't tried this place yet!

Lively atmosphere, however the music was loud enough to make carrying on a conversation kind of difficult. Excellent service! Food is a perfect balance of both something familiar, yet at the same time unique! Absolutely delicious! Going to Taco Rosa is a real treat!

My twelve year old daughter and I had lunch here and we loved every second of our experience. The server was so nice and helpful with the menu given that my daughter is vegetarian. The food was delicious and the dining room was comfortable. The four stars for atmosphere is only because a few buttons were missing from the booths and the dining room is a bit noisy from the kitchen.

First time visiting Irvine Spectrum and our Birthday Girl wanted Mexican for her Birthday Dinner. Called Taco Rosas spoke with Ruben and he was very welcoming and had openings for walk ins. As we walked in was greeted and welcome by Ruben and staff. Wonder atmosphere, Kid and family friendly, attentive, and food and drinks were excellent!! I highly recommend Taco Rosas if you’re looking for the Best Mexican Restaurant and great ambiance.

I remember going to a Taco Rosa in Newport that made the churros infront of an open window and leaving that day full and satisfied. While you unfortunately won't get a show at the Taco Rosa here at the Market Place, you'll certainly leave satisfied. The menu is priced to come out to around $15 a person and they give great portions. 8 ordered the Alaska Burrito Lobster and was pleasantly surprised to find they didn't skimp on the lobster! The food was filling and in a good way. I would definitely recommend getting dessert too; the Churros with the chocolate dipping sauce is a real highlight.

Stumbled upon what I assume is a neighborhood gem over by the Bonita Canyon port streets on my evening walk. They said they've been there for 30 years! The place feels very authentic - cute but not fancy in a strip mall. We had queso fundido and a couple tacos. The salsas come with a jalepenos salsa, red salsa, and bean dip. All three were delicious. we agreed we'd come here just for that. The Fundido was flaming with tasty veggies within and on top. The carnitas tacos was perfection. I look forward to returning and trying a margarita! The service was nice and attentive despite being closing time - They close at 8P on Thursday.

We had a lovely family birthday lunch here. Service was friendly and excellent. The food was delicious. The chips are fresh, great guacamole, and the tacos are huge. Try the churros.

I'm so surprised about their low rating! Taco Rosa is part of the chain along with Taco Mesa (love their location in Orange!) We love this chain and are frequent customers. Their chips and salsa are some of our favorites, always super fresh and tasty. Their food is good quality, great portions, and made fresh to order. This location offers indoor, outdoor, and bar seating. The staff is friendly and attentive. Parking is easy as they are located in the Tustin Marketplace. I'd recommend stopping in for yourself!
